A total overhaul of the 800 sqft existing house, we added an additional 300 sqft (master suite, master bathroom, and walk-in closet. The house got all new electrical, heat, plumbing, improved layout, new bath, new sheetrock, tankless hot water heater, hard siding, and a rebuild of the whole exterior of the house.
